30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your first purchase, you may request a refund or exchange for your first jar of our BloatBurn or Daily Menopause Supplement within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the refund will be issued minus a shipping/handling fee, VAT, import taxes, or duties.
Refunds apply only to the first jar on your initial purchase of our BloatBurn or Daily Menopause Supplement. Refunds do not apply to any merchandise items, items purchased on sale, or any limited edition items. For first-time orders that include multiple jars, only one jar per product is eligible for a refund.
To qualify for our 30-day money-back guarantee, you must have taken our supplements consistently for at least 28 days. This allows enough time for the product to work as intended. We believe in the effectiveness of our products, and this policy ensures that customers have given the supplements a fair trial before requesting a refund.
Important Exceptions:
• International orders do not qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee policy.
• Bundles do not qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee policy – you can only return a single item.
• UK Postcode Requirement: The 30-day money-back guarantee is only valid for orders with a UK postcode.
Refunds and exchanges are not applicable to any subsequent shipments or subscription auto-renewals, even if they are billed, paid, or shipped during this 30-day period.
Returns within the 30-day period: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We are not liable for any lost or stolen goods, so we recommend returning your items through tracked and recorded delivery.
If your refund request is outside of the 30-day guarantee, we will be unable to issue a refund. Refunds take approximately 2-5 business days to process.
